Hi everyone,This is my first post on MSE.I have claimed PPI from Welcome Finance loan dating back to 2001,they have sent back a final response letter stating that it is outside the relevant time limits and referring me to the FOS.I contacted them and they in turn told me to contact the FSCS.They said that they could not…

None of them. There is compulsory insurance and without it the gun would not have been sold - so it is clearly whoever sold the insurance.
