    I didn't know that.

I know I can't use Estee Lauder or Coty makeup as that brings me out in a red burning rash. Never worked out what is in them that makes me react like that though, so I just avoid those brands!
Here I go again on my own....

    Consider visiting your local beautician.
They can perm your eyelashes(testing for allergies first)tint your lashes and brows(testing first)and shape your eyebrows.Cost around £25 the lot.
Once you know you are not allergic you can buy lash tint and do your own.Cost about £7.Will last you 12 months cos they only need doing about every month.
Lash perm every couple of months about £12 and brow shape about 6 weeks about£5.
If you can find an eye gel you are not allergic to they are wonderfully refreshing give a really wide awake look a touch of pale shadow on you upper lids and you can forget eye make up all together.
Try finding a creamy eyeliner pencil in a shade you love, gently outline your lips and fill in with a shiny tinted gloss. No need to worry about lipstick and it fades without any smudge and looks really natural.
Use a moisturiser that you are not allergic to and add skin illuminator.
Nothing ever needs touching up.it all looks natural and always looks great.

Yes Cosmetics don't last forever. Cosmetics products legislation requires amongst other things instructions, ingredients and a best before date to be on the packaging. If however the product doesn't need a best before date, it must indicate the length of time after opening the product continues to comply with the legislation and basically performs as intended/ per instructions. The length of time is signified by a logo of an open pot with a number of months on it, e.g. 12M somewhere on the label.

The requirements relating to the logo only came in last year so there may be old stock on shop shelves that won't show it.

Can't believe that touch eclat only lasts a couple of months- well expensive.
:idea:I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about:idea:
