    the only way to get virus' on pc is to download them...if your not downloading anything then you wont get one. simple as that (although d/ling them is quite easy)

    With the "more ppl asking for green energy the more companies will provide it"
    True to a certain extent but we cant have just green energy as its too unreliable and inefficient. Best thing we could get is nuclear which is "clean" fuel with very little waste

    If by downloading you mean visiting websites, then you're right.

    If you mean intentionally saving something to your hard drive and opening it, then you're wrong. There are plenty of other ways to get viruses.

    One of the easiest ways to block them is to use a script blocker while you're browsing. Then if you happen to come across a nasty site it can't do anything unless you explicitly let it.

    I think that's a bit simplistic. If there is no hardware firewall between you and the internet (eg if you are using a dial-up or ADSL modem as opposed to a router) then your computer could succumb to a port scan and be infected that way.
