Got a call from this number 07520905041 it rang for about 3 seconds than rang off, knowing if anyone was genuinely calling they would ring for longer or leave a message I googled it and found this site

http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/07520905041/2#p318563610060239389

Sounds rather dodgy, anyone else had one of these?

Know any apps for android to block calls etc?

I assume that by calling back I would let them know it is an active number? had a odd text off a 'Tom' claiming I asked about a website, giving me a link to a website to visit.

07520 905041 yh I had this today I looked on both of the following websites they both say the number belongs to the operator called

    Invomo Ltd
    http://www.invomo.com/contact/details.aspx

http://www.ukphoneinfo.com/locator.php - SEARCHES FOR THE NUMBER

http://www.phonesearchcentral.co.uk/uk-mobile-carrier-list-1.html - GIVES A LIST OF ALL NUMBERS AND WHICH CARRIER IT BELONGS TO!

Please keep a note of these two websites so that in future you can quickly report the numbers directly to the companies themselves!

yeh that's a t mobile (now everythign everywhere in other words orange/t-mobile) you need to complain to them about that one.

  • Would they (T-Mobile/everything everywhere) actually do something though?

I once reported a number to the operator (Vodafone), but it had been ported to O2 and that was that. Nothing else was done.
  • well you should have contacted o2 as it is their responsability. i dont know what they will do but if people do NOTHING then NOTHING will be done!

I did contact O2 also, that's when nothing was done.

The industry should be required to help forward the complaint in cases like this, it's no wonder the regulator's more useless than a mouldy sandwich.

FYI, nothing gets done anyway even when you do report.
  • whenever i have reported something to my mobile operator i've not had the company contact me so; do you mean that the same idiots have sent you messages. i hope you haven't' responded to the messages or telephone calls. try emailing the mobile company.

they wont do any action on ONE report has to be several, send them a picture of the text if you can.
