BT paper billing

As BT will be removing my paper-free billing discount shortly I want to make them share the financial pain by changing back to recieving a hard copy bill. I can't see anywhere on MyBT where I can do that, does anyone know if it's possible online or will I need to ring them up to get it?

Ring up (I used 0800 800 030), have a moan about the removal of the paper-free discount if you have time and and ask to be put onto paper and online billing.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
