even if youve been a customer in the past,if you register to receive Emails they will send you a £5 off a £25 spend voucher...only problem is this then adds delivery at £3.0dds,so unless ordering anything else to take it to £50 again,then free chocs code is probably a better deal.

Separate selling price of the items in the hamper is £89.11, not accounting for multi-buys etc, so it is a good deal, especially with the free Continental linked to above (note with this that you have to add the Continental to your basket and then apply the code - if you just use the code you won't get them).

I got the same hamper last year and it lasted us till April. Some things were shorter dated than others so we ate them in order.

The Santa, reindeer etc didn't survive delivery - they're the usual hollow shapes (like Easter eggs) and were broken but the chocolate was just for us to eat at home so we didn't mind. Worth bearing in mind though if you're buying this to give out as presents.

Ring Thorntons - they'll send you replacements and you still get to keep the ones you have. :j (Well they did for me last year - and I had 3 that were broken)

Aw that was a shame...I was lucky last year and got the massivley reduced £120 hamper for under £30..it also had the large hollow figures but thankfully mine all arrived intact...i do remember other poster complaining to Thorntons about broken ones and even tho hampers were reduced they either got replaced or refunded.

Yes it does look fab but £50 could spend that on something else was waiting for the m&s hamper deals they seem cheaper and better deal:D
