Further to your recent order request for a Toshiba A100 Laptop catalogue number PR393, please be advised even though there was a price error on our part, we've decided that you & one other person (would you believe....someone who calls herself Fatty? LOL) *can* actually have one ....if only to p** off all those conniving bar stewards on MSE.

BTW This Scam Alert just in....

I walked into B&Q at lunchtime yesterday and some old guy dressed in orange asked me if I wanted decking.

Fortunately, I got the first punch in and that was the end of that. Those less suspecting might not be so lucky so pass this onto your friends and colleagues.

What will happen if they send out the software and nothing else, as they have changed all the info on the transactions history to Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 with no mention of the laptop what can we do then.

If you've taken copies of the advertisement, plus your emails, etc, you have proof.

I don't think you have any worries of that - they seem to be cancelling the orders rather than sending the software instead..

i havent had any confirmation emails

jus tracked order and apparantly its changed to software now!!!! but delivery is still going ahead!! what shall i do?? i have evidence of the order for the laptop- but i did NOT order software. shall i jus call them up and cancel it altogether??
