I bought a new recliner sofa from MFI and after 6 months the recliner mechanism broke. Since it was still under guarantee, I asked for it to be repaired. They were unable to repair it because it was an end of line and they no longer make the parts and after a bit of pushing on my side side (mentioned the Sales of Good Act and my rights) they offered the FULL refund. Well done MFI!

That what they're supposed to do. You shouldn't have to have pushed them.0

Surely 5 star service would have been them offering the choice of a refund or a more expensive item at no extra cost.0 -
We bought a sofa bed from Argos last summer, the first time we used it as a bed we realised that the springs had rusted. Have to admit we were impressed with them too.0
