This happened to me last week, so I thought OK, just carry on as usual. Watched a load of ads, the balance reverted to 0 and all the points disappeared. Still waiting to see if they ever get credited when the rest are added.
I suppose what I am trying to say is, beware of doing this weeks ads too soon, wait until the balance is 0.

    Ditto

Contacted them and they stated that points would be awarded in due course, not convinced however.

The mesage at the website has updated in the past couple of hours. It now says :

    "
We're sorry that points you collected in w/c 27th Jan and w/c 3rd Feb have not yet transferred to your Nectar statement, and are not yet showing in your Points Summary on the site. Please be assured that points from your activity in those 2 weeks are definitely secure, and we're sorry for the delay in transferring them. We hope to transfer them as soon as possible. Many thanks for your patience

Two weeks without the points being added and one of the new ads this week, The Great British Chefs, is 5 minutes 49 seconds long for 5 Nectar points, equivalent of 2.5p so based on that an hourly earning rate of around 25p!
  • Lost 54 points over night last Monday so started again got up to 250 and lost them all again - not a happy bunny :(

How do you know you have lost them?. The update from the site I quoted a couple of days says they havent been transferred to nectar yet - but are secure and will be transferred as soon as possible. Are you saying you dont believe them ?

They told me the same - but I won't be watching any more ads until I receive the points they owe me. Its only 56 points but I don't like the idea of them mounting up and not being credited due to whatever technical problem they have.

not really sure they know what they are doing.
  • I got up to 25 points on Tuesday, logged in today and my points are showing as 0000. All the ads that are showing I have seen so many times that I could probably tell you when to click to say you are still watching :D. Is it worth it?

I find it worth it. If I'm online I just have 2 browser windows open each taking up half the screen and one shows the video, the other with whatever I'm looking at online (usually MSE!). Once you get used to the average frequency of the prompts it's pretty easy to do the two things at once.

I max out the 250 points most weeks from this, max out the 100 points for nectar searches, gain about 50 from surveys a week and this equates to £130 a year (used on the Christmas food shop last year!).
