    I had this trouble yesterday and today the Hitchcock one still isn't working

  • For two weeks now I have received incorrect Nectar points for watching the ads. I make a point of noting down my total each week and then checking my Nectar account the following week. Each time I have queried this with Adpoints customer services and they are so unhelpful. They say that without a screenshot of the points total they cannot investigate, but I don't know it is incorrect until it has already gone back to zero. So they seem to expect me to take a screenshot every week on the off-chance they mess up and deprive me of points. So be warned and check you get the points you should.

    I've decided that it really isn't worth the bother.

    I actually don't give the ads the attention I would naturally because of the "are you still watching" prompt. If I miss those prompts because I'm actually engaged in the ad, then it has to start all over again.

    Having to keep screen shots and track everything is just too much effort for a half penny per point.

    This happened to me once, and I got exactly the same answer you did.
  • Personally. I think its a waste of time. I tried it and the player makes you clock every 30 seconds if you make the window inactive. If you do not do this you do not get any points and you can't see the adverts again. This is really unclear on the ads.
    BTW, I am not having a go at cheating the system! :P

    I always do the ads when chatting to friends on the phone, I do not agree with 2.56 mins ones for 4 points but still do them free money for xmas shopping made £27 this year.

    Hoping the rep may be able to answer this. Ive been watching the vids on my samsung galaxy tab 2 for a while now but over the last few days each time I click on one it crashes by browser (google chrome). Its never happened before and ive never had a problem viewing before. Has something changed with regard to how we view them on tablets very recently??

    Finally had an e-mail from them admitting there is a bug in the system affecting some people of which I am one, but no luck getting the points I'm owed. Very poor to not even give a few points as compensation for them keep getting it wrong.
