I cant get on it as well but i was on it about a hour ago and it was ok then so would think it will be back up soon.

Looks like the Adpoints programme has ended. This is what it says on the website:

You are no longer able to collect Nectar points from Adpoints.

It is no longer part of the Nectar Programme due to Adpoints ceasing trading.

The good news is that you can still collect Nectar points through our collect partners and Nectar eShops.

What about the points I've already earned?

If you have viewed ads before the site closure on 31 October 2014, you will be awarded Nectar points.
