Does anyone know how to answer questions on a video without having to watch the whole thing again? I've had a bunch of videos this week that are only offering points for answering the questions at the end. I resent being made to watch a video first if they're not going to pay me for that part! But I can't seem to find a way to skip past it or bring the questions up otherwise.

Where'd you see this? I've seen plenty of stories about them reducing the number of points given, but nothing that says you won't be able to collect them on online shopping. Seems strange for them to say you can only collect loyalty points instore - wouldn't put it past them though.

They are still giving points with online shopping, just not any extra points for using the e-shop.

My points balance has not reset yet, and have not been added to my nectar points yet.

EDIT: I watched 1 advert and ad points balance went from 34 to 3.

Same with mine. Total not been reset but after watching the only video worth 3 points, balanced changed to 3.

I didn't get the points from last week added to my nectar account either.

Exactly the same here. Surely Nectar could give us the points promptly - is it really asking too much?

I clicked on the 'watch video' from the e-mail and only got 4 points. It's a con job shame on you Nectar
It could be that you've watched the video before you got the email and when clicking through from the email the second time you only get the bonus points, it's happened to me a few times.

Is there anyone else that can't seem to answer the questions? I use an iPad & I click what I want to answer but can't find a way to submit it!
Try scrolling down further within the small box where you've selected the answer, I think there's a submit button at the bottom.

Also someone a while a go commented that there should be an option to pause the ads, if you are watching the ads from an iPad on the Safari browser you can pause them.
