    Yeah thats a good point! i dunno what spears is!!? i just copy paste the offer that Chuffy had posted!

    I thought that and I wrote it - it should be speakers, but was technically correct as it didn't come with any spears anyway.
    Or any other weapons for that matter.

    Well thats me out then, I mean what two bit company nowadays ships PC's without spears as standard? lol I would have been content with a dagger or even a pen knife but Dell are just being cheap!

    No USB Cable. Then nor did my full-price (but superb) newly puchased Samsung laser printer.

    As regards "spears" you do have the option to add them to the order for £23-50 or buy elsewhere for under a tenner.
    Littlewoods Index do an almost identical set for £14-99 called Labtec.
    As for Dell I think with these offers they are bringing the prices down to what they should have been ages ago, but if people want to go to pcworld,etc to be ripped off that`s up to them.
    The last offer for the dimesion 3000 with 15" TFT, plus printer, 512mb memory, 80 gig hard drive was an absolute bargain.
    Less than a year ago you could`nt even get a 15" TFT for under £150.

    Netto are doing a usb cable for £2.99 from Monday.
