Nice one. Decided to go for the Dimension 3000, with the 17" TFT, printer, etc for £390.98 (using the 5% discount code).

I know they're not massively upgradeable, however this is a very good price for what's included. Great for competent Office work, music, tinterweb etc

Answer to my own question is no you need two extra monitors to get the discount so it obviously doesn't count the system one

TO GET THIS CHEAPER - could maybe deselect the £35.25 optical mouse. Dont know if it work just something to try to get rock bottom price

ive just tried to deselect t mouse- no joy.
maybe someone knows a way round this? Dell say that if u have no mouse it has compatible with your keyboard selection...hmmm?

There used to be a loophole a few months back where you could deselect the mouse if you clicked on the 'Mouse Included in Logitech Cordless Desktop [subtract £35.25]' option, and if you clicked update price a couple of times it would accept this, but it was noticed by dell and has now been repaired so it is impossible to choose a no-mouse option anymore.
