No 27 reporting for duty.

I'm glad to say I've finally managed to get a tenant into my property :j (let's hope they don't wreck place) this week.

Then I got a letter from HMRC :eek: - oh no, what else are they trying to do to me as I'm waiting for something else too. Got a rebate on 06 tax (have changed employer 2 since then), saying I've paid in too much tax so overpayment being sent in cheques - overpaid 3 years worth, so 3 cheques on way back to me which will pay the storage fees and the difference from mortgage and tenant too, to cover the 100 days. 1 cheque received today and straight into the bank!

But the 3 thing of the week might have been the 1p found on the pavement during week

BTW yes I have bought the lotto ticket this week too, which I don't normally do. I used the money I got back from someone to pay for most of this.
