I was doing a HNC and pulled out before it finished some years ago. I was planning on going back to undertake another HNC in a different area.
As I got a loan and fees paid will this prevent any further fees being paid.

If its a different course then you should get funding/loan under the False Start rule.
Best to check with SAAS for sure tho as everyones circumstances are different
If I had discovered MSE this time last year I may not be going down the road to BR

It will probably depend on how long ago it was, and when in the year you pulled out of the course. Try to talk to SAAS and see what they say. It will be their decision after all.0
