Options
I make a separate payment alongside my mortgage each month to Prudential (pru protect). Does this come under PPI that I should be claiming back????

No. Prudential are a life assurance company. They dont have a PPI product. They have a PHI with an option to bolt on unemployment cover to it (which is a good way of doing it). They also have life assurance and critical illness cover.

Also, their products are sold under an advice process. Not a non-advised process.

Irrespective of the type of product, what is it that you think make it mis-sold? i.e. what would be your reasons for complaint? (nothing wrong with having PPI. Its all about how it was sold and set up - so if you think yours has issues, what are they?)
