Breakfast at the Union Jack Club - is it worth it?

I'm staying at the Union Jack club in Waterloo next month (via Temporary Honorary membership). I normally raid the local supermarket for breakfast rather than pay for a hotel breakfast, but wondered if it was worth having breakfast at the UJC?

It was quite good last time I was there a couple years ago,I'm off to London next year & staying at the VSC (Victory Services Club) that't I've been told is better than the UJC.0

Cheeky I know, but can you let me know how you both get on? I would like to have a break with my hubby when he gets back next year.Grab life by the balls before it grabs you by the neck.0

I stayed at VSC used to be a member with OH. Not bad place at all he prefers it to UJC and says quieter. Very close to Oxford Street
Didnt think much of the breakfast myself have to say. Staff really nice, nice bar. 0 -
UJC breakfast was really good in my opinion. Just like being back in the cookhouse. Good value for money too and easy to get seated.0
