    I do note certain posters who appear to get great glee from posting bad news ... they think it will, somehow, increase the chance that property prices will fall.

    Of course, 2008 saw the worst news the world had ever seen .... and property prices fell in 2009.

    That's it, that's the sum of it ..... it's about time some great news was posted to counter the sad people who find joy in others distress.

    Dont worrry Jimmy , he obviously hasnt been taking his meds, yesterday he tried to convince himself I was Geneer when I suggested some of his posts were a bit 'Walter Mitty' :rotfl:

  • Certainly good news. But for investment in housing I would fear that this Japanese car manufacturer with its operational overstretch and problems may turn our to be footloose...
