Totally agree. Out of all the boards on here this one has by far the most crackpots. Reasoned debate is straight out of the window. The same people with multiple accounts. General mistrust. Militant bulls disguising innocent looking posts with their messages (just like the OP to this one) and to a lesser extent the bears. Still.. whatever gets them through the day.0 -

He has a point (Sibley, that is) .... while some are waiting for the crash, which will never come, others are getting their houses bought for them from our band of lovely renters!
And long may it continue!
The last thing Landlords want is for the renters to wake up and actual leave to buy somewhere - please, just keep believing that a crash is just around the corner and keep popping money in my Bank Account to buy my houses for me.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
