Uswitch misleading
I'm currently with Atlantic for gas and Elec and the tariff I'm on refunds me one average monthly payment a year, I did a chat online to check whether this cashback was taken into account and I was assured that it was but when I checked the figures the Uswitch website had simply multiplied my payments by 12 then worked out the cost against other tariffs he comparison gave me a saving of about £90 but I've had a cashback of around that amount this year already.

Assuming you're used uSwitch in the way you're supposed to (that is, an annual kWh reading for both gas and electricity) it's fairly reliable. If you're feeding it with figures of how much you pay a month, that is unreliable because it bears no resembalance to the amount of energy you're using.0

Actually I took the usage figures off my annual staement and although the costs were slightly different in terms of usage the savings were about he same within £10 or so0
