It usually takes me about six months, although I rarely get to complete a survey."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0

hi,
i have a friend that does it and she says that she'll recieve a cheque every 6 ish weeks or so for around £30.
She has to get 1000 points in order to get it.
I looked into on google and there has been lots of dividing comments as to whether or not you'll recieve the money for the hard work?
I think its just pot luck.
If you do start doing the surveys i wish you all the best and hope you get loadsa wonga.
All the best

Hi Lavinia21, I've been with global test market for the last four years. I average two payments a year of approx £30. I've never had any issues with the surveys and have always received my payments.0

I almost earned 1000 points and want to request a cheque but would like it to be paid in pounds. How can I do it? Do they normally ask how I'd like it to be paid?0

Global test market have always automatically sent my cheques in british pounds. I've never had to specifically ask for it to be paid in this way. They've seen where my location is and have made the cheque out to the local currency. Found the following on the FAQ page
'A minimum of 1000 MarketPoints are needed for conversion to $50 U.S. cash. We will send you a redemption check to your mailing address in USD or your local currency if available.'0 -
mine have always come in £,usually about £32 depending on the exchange rate when it is sent.Takes around 6 weeks to come in the post.0

Ive had a couple of payouts from them in last couple of years, always come in a cheque for pounds.
Just requested a payout anyone know how long they are taking at moment, last one I had was about 3 weeks.0 -
I rate GTM as one of the better survey websites.
Have had 5 payments this year, averaging £32, depending on exchange rate.
Screened out quite a bit but usually within first or second screen.
As cheque comes from States or Canada (unsure), you do have to wait around 6 -8 weeks for receipt.
I would recommend them.0 -
I had my first payout a couple of weeks ago. A nice cheque in the post all the way from Canada, and still quicker than Toluna's digital vouchers! :T0
