PCN Final reminder

I have received a final reminder in the post today telling me i have 7 days to pay - yet this is the only communication i have had about the issue - any ideas what to do please:mad:

Assuming it is a private parking "fine" ignore it. If it is a local authority issued PCN then you will need to act fast to resolve the issue.

i have no idea who it is from just that it is from the civil enforcement people - but i have no idea if it is a council or private one and if council which council has issued it, as i am unaware of any parking issues i have had, there have been no tickets stuck to my window or any communication received previous to this final reminder0

civil enforcement is well known on here and can be safely ignored,
they will scare you with blank county claim forms.
