PLEASE HELP! PPI Letter Templates re. MBNA

Hi All,

I have today been rejected for my claim by MBNA.

I note that some people have sent off a '2nd letter' template, but I cant find this anywhere (I have looked on the reclaiming guide etc) :mad:

Please, Please, Please, can someone post a link directly to this letter ASAP.

If it's not their final response just fire off a letter typed up on Word, I don't think a template exists for 2nd letters.
Just put down your reasons for disagreeing with their decision and any thing else you can add to back up your initial complaint that would make them think again and give them 14 days to contact you back otherwise you will take it to the FOS
It is quite standard practice for them to turn you down 1st time in the hope that you give in
