Divorce and House Buying

Hi Not sure if this is the correct place for this....
Am in the process of getting divorced, Financial settlement should be paid to me within a week or so and then the financial form along with the divorce can go back to the court ( already done the first bit where we both agree on the reasons ect )
my question is if I lodge the forms at court and whilst thats going on buy a house ( im homeless at the mo !!) will my ex OH have a claim on the property as it has been purchased using divorce funds??
