Medical Questionairre from Atos

Hi, I receive DLA and ESA. I've received a questionnaire from ATOS - its is a limited capability for work questionnaire. I won my tribunal(for the second time) for ESA benefit in March (I am assumung that this is the benefite it relates to). As such they already know all of the details which they are asking for and have all the medical documentation which they are asking for. I am currently in the work related group although my local welfare rights officer tells me that I should be placed in the support goup due to my medical problems.
My question is - do I have to resupply all of my medical evidence for this or do they refer to the application and medical forms which I have already supplied to them in the past.
Sorry to be long winded. I'm getting tired of having to fight with them all the time!

In general, yes, you need to submit it all again.
In some cases, copies are appropriate.
_HOWEVER_.
The descriptors for ESA changed this March - and some people who would easily qualify under the old tests no longer will.

These are the new descriptors that will apply to the form you have just received.
I assume the form is the ESA50?
This is for ESA.
Do not assume they keep old documentation, and refer to it automatically.
They may shred old information.
It is a good plan to periodically request a copy of your complete file at - say - yearly intervals, in case you need to refer them back to some document they have destroyed.
This is free.
