I have decided to make up a sweetie hamper with some homemade sweets in it for the Adults in my family. So far I am thinking white choc and cranberry fudge, vanilla fudge, rum and raisin fudge, tablet and peppermint creams.
Can anybody suggest anything else that could be made in advance and would keep ok in cello bags until after the big day??MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000 -

Chocolate truffles are easy and quick to make.
I make them with cake inside which means that they roll better and are a more solid consistency when they cool.
You can roll them in coconut for a snowball effect or sprinkles if preferred."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0
