Hi all,
This seems too good to be true, so probably is, My friend has been looking at this car, apparently it is in Hungary, the girl is working over there and wants to sell it. I would have thought a Dealer would have snapped this up.
She has no feedback at all, but she will send very convincing emails if you contact her, is this a scam for the delivery.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Regards
Rob

To me it screams scam.
Seller registered in UK , pics appear to be in UK (that does not look like Hungary) yet car in Hungary?
This is a common scam, buyer will be asked to make a large deposit up front, and then car will be shipped before balance needs to be paid. Obviously car will never materialise.
Dealers are used to this scam hence them having no interest in the ad.

Is the car not worth more than the house?

If the car is worth £100,000.... then surely the owner will be well aware of this....
Also.. the pictures are of the car in the UK.. so why would she have taken photos of it... only to take it to hungary and then decide to sell it?0 -
If you have to ask............it's probably a scamYou can't pick up your teeth with broken fingers!0

I sent £10,800 to a guy in Hungary about ten weeks ago and am currently awaiting delivery of my new 335i coupe. Shouldn't be long now the seller informs me. Apparently the pace of life is just slow over there. Though worth it when you consider I'm saving about £24k! Currently debating whether to buy a new Rolex from Belarus for £810. Any advice? It normally costs £9,500.It's not the taking part but the winning that counts.0

bad boy.:p
I've just sold a shed load of phones to a guy in Nigeria who is going to pay me as soon as they are delivered.
Apparently he has an uncle who is a senior government minister and wants my help getting some money out of the country. They have promised me loads of money for my help and I only have to pay £30,000 up front.
I’ll be a millionaire soon.0 -
