Is it possible to cancel an auction?

I have an item listed on Ebay, which is due to end tomorrow night. My brother has expressed interest in the item, which I never realised before I listed. I would obviously like to give it to my brother (free! I dont expect him to pay me).

Can I cancel the Ebay listing? If so, how?

By the way there are no bids on it yet, though there are several watchers.
