$52k for an online BA degree. Worth it?

Until a few years back, the Open University only gave out BAs, even for science and technology degrees. This did cause some confusion for employers so they changed the rules so now you can get a BSc from the OU.
So BAs are not only for poetry.....
I did an OU degree and it cost a lot less than $52,000, though it took me seven years from start to finish.Retired in 2015.

Sorry for the mess up folks, I meant BS in Software Engineering. lol. Anyway, I wasn't aware this was a UK site, haha. For some reason I assumed this was a USA site since it didn't have the UK part on the url address. lol.0

Anyway Spartanic, you should check out the Open University (https://www.open.ac.uk). It certainly does take international students, and while the fees are somewhat higher than for people in the UK that mainly reflects increased postal costs and are nowhere near the £10,000 figure mentioned above. It offers a diploma in computing that is very highly regarded by industry, and is about a year's work (if you have a full-time job it would probably take you two years to complete it). And once you have the diploma you can take additional units in order to obtain a degree, with or without honours depending how much work you are willing to do.0
