My husband got a "Parking Enforcement Notice" a few days ago. £100 fine or £50 if paid within 14 days. He was furious....but he would have paid it but for me informing him that he didnt need to. He had no idea that you didnt have to pay. I told him about MSE and all the information available. He still wasnt convinced so I showed him the threads about it. The notice has now been shredded so we await the threatening letters. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
