Hiya
I have had several problems with mine, but I have a mac so that doesnt help! Had to get it set up on a laptop first!
First are you using it with the ethernet cable? Im sure you have to do this first time. Then check the lights on the box are not flickering, there should be 2 lights on that are not flashing. Then you could try the network diagnosis, thats how i always get mine to work when it disconects.£2 Savers club £0/£150

your computer may be a little too far from the wireless box - or it is at the boundry of the wireless signal... if you can try moving the livebox closer to the computer, or the the computer closer to the livebox
unfortunately, i do not know the range of the livebox - but the signal strength also depends on your house's structure - the walls, and metal in the walls can affect the range0 -
Hi again
I'm set up fine with the ethernet cable, tried network diagnosis too but no luck
The livebox is actually right next to me!

It also helps if you stick to one thread instead of duplicating. I'll move this to the Techie board so they can merge it with your other thread.0
