you can't email them though. Just completed an online application for them, and it froze for 10 minutes after looking like it was going through (so much for "response in 60 secs"). Refreshed and went back to the blank form. Certainly not submitting it twice, will ring them tomorrow, but not a good initial sign!

Their site works fine. The issue will be either your PC or the internet connection dropped.

no it wasn't. Cos various other sites I had open were working fine. It stalled. And the laptop is almost brand new and working fine
