Help re trust deed my ex husband has

My Husband and i separated over a year ago . He will not consent to divorce and is being quite difficult. I found out that he took out a few loans in his own name whilst we were married and kept them a secret. I am trying to settle financial matters and he has now told me that he has entered into a trust deed and his unsecured debt is written off. How does this affect me ? Please help i am really worried. We have what was our marital home and a rental property as well. He lives in the marital home. Will I lose all of this ?
