No one will be able to calculate any redress from just the loan amounts. They have to repay the PPI paid on each + 8% standard interest. I'm thinking that all these loans were used to re finance the previous ones, in which case they will have rebated PPI on each occasion, which complicates any calculations. This will be a difficult calculation, probably best to post up settlement figures when you receive them and they can be checked thenSuccesses

hi i am after similar information as have a claim going through with barclays for what was initially a £2k loan and i refinanced to £5k less than a year later and then to £6k 10 months later all had ppi each time where i was lead to believe it was a condition of getting the loan agreed, i am 5 weeks into initially making the complaint so hope to hear something within the next 3 weeks. i was just interested in anyone else in a similar situation and how much they got back etc. or how to calculate how much impotentially owed. i have all original paperwork detailing amount borrowed, ppi amounts, apr etc. any advice greatly appreciated.0

Hi Dilus
Thanks for the reply , all the loans in question were all paid up prior to the next one been taken out, apart from one the last one from northern rock where this was taken out as seperate to run along others
Any rough idea would be greatly appreciated no matter how much an estimation it is
Cheers0 -
