Hands up if you're owed by Lloyds and have an OD or Credit Card

I really do think that Lloyds aren't playing fair with us. I believe that because I have a large overdraft with them (£3000) and also a credit card (£2500) they are delaying my payment and prioritising the customers that they will earn less from.

My Calculations offer was sent to me on the 23rd of August, they have had 3 months to make a BACS payment directly to my Lloyds TSB account but have failed to do so. This is NOT a reasonable timescale as quoted by the infamous Andrea.

I guess this only really applies to people who have been waiting for a considerable amount of time. Who else is in a similar situation?

Surely these sort of tactics (if of course they are genuine), are completely unfair?

Loan with them of £2k sent to wescott as I hated speaking to their non-english call centre, £400 overdraft. Sent email last night as waiting since 8th august, telling them I'm taking them to court if they don't give me a date when they will pay me. 15 weeks and counting is disgusting.
