Wireless USB Dongle - driver help!

I have an unbranded USB dongle... and I can't for the life of me find any drivers for it (and can I find the driver disk...? Well, I'm on here pleading for help!)

It's just a tad bigger than a credit card, and all it has on the back is "High Speed 802.11g Wireless USB Adapter" (really helpful!).

The Model is listed as IS33540-E0

If I search for that on Google (without the E0), I get a link to a forum giving me Hawkin Technology drivers, but they don't work with my dongle.

The item is exactly the same as this one (beware - lots of Chinese characters):

Has anyone any ideas for alternative drivers or places to find them??

Sadly no, it wasn't an Aria purchase. It came as part of a bundle with an unbranded Wireless Modem/Router, which I was given. The router works fine, but even in the web-based software shows no indication as to its manufacturer.

Naturally, Windows recognises it as an 'unknown USB device' and that's about as far as I can get with it.

If the MAC address is also stamped on it, you should be able to work out the manufacturer from that.

There is a driver here that you could try.

Thank you - I'll be interested to see if we can work it out from that. I'll post the MAC later when I'm back home.

Skim - if I find the drivers before you - I'll PM you with where to get them :)

OK, now home with the dongle:

    Mac address:
    00-03-2F-2C-44-88

Serial No: (not that it's much use):
    0541A1203930

    There's also an FCC ID:
    O7J-GL2454MU-0E

That installs OK, but the device doesn't pick up a wireless signal and won't connect to my router.

The original driver name merely read "54mps wireless usb device" (the laptop recognised that much, but doesn't have the driver files to use)
