Its one of those diets thats choose your favourite food and just eat that, it would work with most foods, my friend did it with chocolate years and years ago and it worked, it doesn't take into account healthy eating or long term effects, its about as much weight loss in as quick a time as possible.

...if you stopped eating altogether you'd lose weight too, very quickly....
Diets like this IMHO are a form of self-harm, for people (mainly women) who loathe themselves and their body so much that they want to punish/harm themselves...
Can't see any good coming out of diets like this, and the weight would be back in no time (although the harmful effect may not be so quick to disappear...)

Garbage, baked beans aren't magic. People often just eat less when restricted to only one or two foods. Whilst beans in general are a brilliant food full of fibre and protein, baked beans are generally very sugary. If you made your own baked beans using tomatoes, mixed beans and herbs (no sugar!!) I could see this being a good food to eat for one meal a day purely because it will keep you feeling full for longer so maybe reducing snacking/next meal size, but you would get bored.

I am going to patent "the Mars bar diet". You eat a Mars bar for breakfast, another one for lunch and a normal tea.

    It cannot fail!
