Coach booking problem

Hello everyone,
I am having some trouble with a coach company and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to what I should and can do.
I booked two tickets from Rome Ciampino Airport and Rome Termini Station with Terravision Ltd. travel services. However, when the order was being processed the website timed out and I thought the booking had not been completed. However when I checked my email I had a conformation for Florence S.M. Novella Station - Pisa Galileo which was not the destination I wanted!
So I emailed them asking the company to change the booking and sent this email to them:
Hello.
There appears to be a mistake on the confirmation form you sent to me, as
the journey says:
Journey: Florence S.M. Novella Station - Pisa Galileo
Galilei
Whereas in fact I asked, and checked many a time, for a ticket that would
take me between Rome Ciampino Airport and Rome Termini Station. That was a
return ticket for 2 adults. On the 19th of April 2007 till the 25th of April
2007.
I hope this can be sorted quickly.

And they emailed back saying:
Dear Sir,
We kindly inform you that destinations cannot be changed after having
booked. Further we would like to specify, that our system can and does not
change the data you entered.
What we suggest you is to do a new booking for the Ciampino service, whilst
the Florence booking can be used for the next 12 month and be updated at
every time.

Now I don't know what to do. I emailed back saying that they should either give me a refund or change the booking. I know that we did not request Florence S.M. Novella Station - Pisa Galileo because it is of no us to us!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
