Need some help please

hello,
For some reason my address bar on IE6 will not display even although i go into View..toolbars and toggle it on. I see a the word address at the far right hand side where it should be but cannot drag it over . Also when i try to log on i get 3 dial up connectiond tryiung to start automatically. I ran my virus checker and found nothing. I use macafee and no adware, thanks for any help. also lookin for tips to make system to run faster.

  • You need to unlock toolbars first, then you'll be able to drag the address bar into place, then lock.

    Presuming you are on broadband, to prevent the dial-up attempts, in IE Tools - Internet options - Connections - Never dial a connection.
