Should i receive acknowledgement from Barclays?

hi guys,

Just a quick one regarding acknowledgement from Barclays.

I sent my claim form to them 2 weeks last tuesday (received weds) and havent heard anything from them to say they have received the letter etc.

I'm just wondering if i should have received an acknowledgement letter by now or whether i should just sit tight.

Its always worth checking that they have it (more for peace of mind than anything) and then you can ask about the timeline for receiving your refund....good luck!

I've just given barclays a call and they confirmed that a letter was sent out to me on the 16th November. Bring on the waiting game. :cool:
