dont use alkalines in digi cameras - no good....yes lithiums (ideally suited to digi cams) or nimh (almost as good but repeat usage and much cheaper) batteries are best for different reasons.Stevie Coppell's record breaking blue and white royal army - championship winners 2005-60 -
Nimh batts are the ones you need guys as mentioned above! 10 times (IMHO anyway) better than Nicad.0

Agree with your post. However in the case where alkaline batteries are required for trickle devices such as remote controls etc then Rayovac ones seem to offer the same performance according to the website I posted above but at a cheaper price.0
