REMOVAL of WINANTISPYWARE?

As I have posted on the removal of spyware/malware thread that I followed Browntea's instructions to remove this and have managed to get it to loosen it 's hold a little but have not manged to remove it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this little b----r, as I am sure that it is now recreating itself as it has done before.
