Much annoyance yesterday trying to get tassimo coupons.Printed fine on the laptops but the 2 big computers kept asking me to install coupon printer,continuoulsy.Everything in the book tried.Even dug out an old version still not having it.I put it down to being something being left behind causing an issue with the reinstall
Anyway during this OH decided to do a roll back on his computer see if he could get it work at a point in time where it had before.His computer completly fried during it:(:(:(:(:(:mad:
So today its back up and running and totally re-formated so nothing left behind there.Tried installing it again fresh(all that on the computer software wise at this point is the printer and firefox)Still dosn't Bl00dy work:mad::mad::mad::mad:
And to boot when i try to send feedback to say look somethings up the website keeps booting me off.

sorry partially a vent/rant.
Wondering id dear aesop or raven have any ideas.you guys usually have an answer or 2 for tech issues

Funny you should say that as I've had the same issue at home, yet can print fine on the same laptop at work. Oddly enough the last time it said install coupon printer it still printed but I'm afraid I draw a blank at how to resolve the issue - seems to happen in both IE and FF too.

FT, have you tried installing an american version of coupon printer?

and tried printing in Google chrome rather than IE and FF?

will have a look later if I am allowed on computer, and spin some ideas past you.

oh and even though rebuild have you tried checking the applications to make sure it is not still installed in there, if so uninstall it.

and run http://www.mydigitallife.info/remove-and-uninstall-coupons-couponbar-and-coupon-printer-plugin/

Thanks A done done and done believe it or not!Found that link myself yesterday used it to try and remove all the bits from my computer.Really no luck!Couldn't even get the site to load right in IE :mad:
Hadn't checked OH applications but was a proper re-format number so nothing should have been left.
Its a real puzzle this one

Yeah this is 3 computers in all for me now.The old one i tried to set up the other week(put it down to an OS clash even though should be on the same as the rest) and these 2 now on which it has been working.

would you lose anything if you do a complete reinstall again? ie format hard drive and install again

See thats what my OH just did with his system as the roll back completely borked it!To no avail
