Fab news, well done. I think I would want a bit more than £100 for distress. You must have drunk more than £100 worth to calm you down everytime you talked to them;)
Did cross my mind were we settling too low but can't complain not out of pocket and bigger battles to conquer atm elsewhere sapping all my energy so happy to draw a line under it. The main bonus was the written apology at how we were treated on the phone think some people well atleast 2 managers got a good telling off she named them both on the letter especially the one who told me he was in charge and there was no one higher to be passed on to .
Sorry Blue don't turn to the blue stuff at times of distress :Dunfortunely it's the choccs for me instead  defo not good for the waisline me trying to loose weight for hols in June ah well can start after Christmas:rotfl:

he decorated xmas tree with Daddy yesterday and this evening got in and he was trying redecorate again!
he fell asleep at 8.30pm, pulled up a pillow and lay down. think he is getting better, fingers crossed..... BUT 2 children at nursery = 1 chickenpox again! and 2nd hand, foot and mouth disease
so we have to keep an eye out for symptoms.
my boss at work overdosed on sleeping pills on sunday night, the hospital could not get her to wake up until tuesday! :eek:0 -

AAH so sweet watching them put the tree up watching the excitement on their little faces bless, we put our tree up yesterday DS3 was supposed to be helping put decs on sorted them into groups explained how to spread them out so not all in the same place think he got about 5 decs on then disappeared I know he has short attention span but I ended up doing it all more or less. He done the same last year yet he argued yesterday he done it:eek: did I mention he also has selective memory:rotfl:he is 15 thou:D. Had a bit of an issue as had a change around furniture wise this year so tree can't fit where it has always been since we moved here only a couple of feet away from original place but the sofa can't be moved up as will now block the door he not happy about it (Aspergers) but atleast he gets excited about Christmas DS1 (also Aspergers) hates Christmas shows little interest in presents was worse as a young child he would be hysterical we would have to give him calpol within an hour of him being up for years could never understand it was like he was in pain only years later after DS3 was diagnosed did the jigsaw all fit into place for him also. Can I just add DS2 he makes up for both of them in he has bucket loads of excitement for Christmas birthdays his and others loves buying gifts for people so all in all we feel pretty blessed.0

yes it was accidental. she couldn't sleep and wanted to sleep, her words.
I have a feeling she had been drinking and had forgotten she had already taken them and took more.0
