For those of you who remember me posting about my disagreement with tesco credit card & getting Financial Ombudsman involved finally got a result from Tesco. A 3 page apology, full refund of all interest charges & balance transfer fee, £30 telehphone costs & £100 Distress inconvenience and poor service. Have got the option of still going back to the Ombudsman but happy with the result as atleast not out of pocket now with the whole fiasco although we had to transfer the whole balance to another card which incurred charges but that was our option in the circumstances and the £100 would cover that  Also my experience will be used to highlight how not to treat customers with a complaint for their future training purposes. Spoke to the Senior Adviser who finally dealt with the complaint today on the phone and she was horrified listening back to the calls we made.0 -

I have a barcode scanner on mine but tbh forgot I have it:o:o:o It was one of the main reasons I got it but then dtd ended before the phone arrived:( It is great for letting you know you have emails and reading them if you can't be bothered putting your computer on or just want to check emails.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Whew! I've been so tied up with xmas stuff this week my feet have hardly touched the ground and my fingers have barely logged on. Was up in London today with my mum at the theatre (b'day present to her from me) - had a really lovely day and even took a stop off at Oxford Street to see the lights.
So, have I missed anything exciting? Feel totally out of it on the MSE front atm.
Aesop - still waiting for your little items btw - as soon as it's here it will be on it's way xFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Fab news, well done. I think I would want a bit more than £100 for distress. You must have drunk more than £100 worth to calm you down everytime you talked to them;)Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
