Hi, any advice would be very gratefully received.
I currently have £10,000 sat in my current account. I am also able to save £2000 regularly each month.
I do not have a mortgage, or any other liabilities. I'm 25.
I'm looking to save/invest the money to gain the highest rate of interest. I do not have any ISAs etc.
I do not need to access the money in the next 3-5 years.
I'm not interested in shares.
Hope thats everything - any advice would be really helpful - I'm a bit of a novice.

Hi There,
Why not open an ISA now and have a fixed rate for 2-5 years, Look at this 5 year deal - Fill this out with you £5340 yearly limit and youll get an interest of %4.4

Also, why not put £500 a month into halifax regular saver, 2.5% interest. If you take out a few of these from different banks you can save your 2k per month.

And maybe put the other 5k into an easy access account with penalties for withdrawls, or save it until april and open another ISA and fill it then.
Good luck and great savings. From England - Live in Edinburgh and work as a bus driver0 -
Take a look at the savings best buys page on this website - link at the top of the page ... but the ISA and regular saver idea sounds a good plan to me!0
