I put on my favourite DVD, Phantom of the Opera. last night, the first screen, with the selection page, came on, complete iwth music playing, when I clicked on 'Play Movie' the film came on but no soundtrack!
I tried twice more, then again on my laptop, still no sound, can someone tell me what can be wrong or am I going to have to buy another one?

What language have you selected on the film???"Success is not to be measured by the position someone has reached in life, but the obstacles he has overcome while trying to succeed." Booker T. Washington
The Official "Why does everyone have 'Official member of....club'?" which tend to be stupid/irrelevant Society. Member No 1 (I am aware of the irony btw)0 -
It's always been in English, I've always just pressed play, there is simply no sound at all.

Maybe it has more than one UK soundtrack, one for Dolby digital and one for DTS for example?
And your lappy can only play the other one to that you selected?0 -
