Emails not getting through to hotmail

One particular person I email who has a hotmail.com address does not get my emails and I don't receive hers.
Other recipients including others on hotmail do recieve mine.
We've both checked our spam folders and its not there either.
I use yahoo mail and as far as I know I'm getting all my emails and peopeare receiveing them but this has made me wonder!
And niether of us get any notification of failure to send these mails, so we're both totally stumped.
Any advice gratefully received.
