Why ESA claim form when in support group.

Hi have been on ESA now for nearly 2 years,
gone from wf group to support group after tribunal.
received a new claim form to fill in by 19th december, my situation has not going to get better as was explained and information supplied(as placed in support group).
My situation has now worsened due to further spinal problems now in my neck(just been in hospital for spinal fusion and decompression)
do i need to fill the claim form in
can i put situation not going to get better with lower back.
new diagnosed problem with spine in neck region.
situation worsened.
any suggestions

Being in the Support Group doesn't exempt you from benefit reviews. If the DWP are reviewing your claim you need to fill out the form with as much detail as possible to ensure you continue receiving your benefit.0

In addition, the criteria have changed.
For example, prior to March 28 (?) this year, if you could not walk, you got ESA.
After that, if you can 'mobilise' in an unpowered chair, your mobility does not score you points. (for that at least, climbing 2 steps may gain points)0
